Delray's Sandy Beaches

Delray Beach is located in the southern part of Palm Beach County between Boynton Beach and Boca Raton and was an agricultural community in 1895. In 1901 the area was named Delray, a Spanish derivative meaning "of the king". The City of Delray Beach was founded on May 11, 1927 and in the past few years it has experienced substantial growth with a multitude of new communities, shopping centers, restaurants and theatres being built.

Huntington Pointe is a gated community that supports an active lifestyle and the very best in adult living. When purchasing a home one owner must be 55 years of age; no pets are permitted.
