The HPA Computer
Club Website Committee is proud of our new Huntington Pointe website, a
joint venture of the HPA Computer Club and the HPA Board. Many of our
HPA residents have spent a lot of combined time and effort to launch
this new website.
Please be sure to click on each of the buttons on the left side of each
page. If the red Alert button is blinking, there is at least one timely
message that you should read.
Use our website to learn the latest information about our many clubs and
organizations. Our calendar and show information is always available
with a single keystroke. Click on the calendar movie entry to see a
short plot synopsis. The Meetings button leads you to HPA and Phase
information. Our goal is to provide our many residents with as much
current information as we have available.
We welcome your future submissions and pledge to process them as quickly
as possible in our continued effort to support and maintain our website.
Remember, our website was built by some of our residents for all of our
residents.

How privileged I feel to be teaching Yoga at Huntington Pointe for the
past ten years! The very ancient art of Hatha Yoga embodies the joining
of body, mind, and spirit by varied positions combined with breathing
techniques. Perhaps this may sound a bit simplistic, but you can achieve
flexibility, strength, concentration, balance and grace along with
increased relaxation with your practice.
Our club members are truly amazing. If anyone is curious to try this
pleasurable class, come to a complimentary session in the relative quiet
of the summertime. Otherwise there is a $5.00 charge per session.
We meet Wednesdays
and Fridays at 10 AM in Card Room 2 for approximately one and a half
hours
Namaste,
Renee Kaminshine
Certified Yoga Instructor

MEMBERS HELPING MEMBERS
The mission of the Huntington Pointe
Computer Club is to help residents use their computer with ease and
assurance. This applies to all levels of computer users.
We try to cover all aspects of the computer at a comfortable pace.
Lessons are presented by the residents of Huntington Pointe as well as
by outside expertise. Classes are interesting and informative. All
sessions conclude with questions and answers.
We meet in the Library room at 9:30 AM on the second and fourth Monday
of each month. Meetings are announced on channel 63, in Lifestyles and
now on our new website. If registered, residents are also notified by
email. All residents are welcome to join us.
Our meetings are suspended during the summer months and will begin again
in the fall. Why not plan to join us, meet your friends and neighbors
and pick up some new computer skills?

Congratulations to
the Huntington Pointe Computer Club for the development and
implementation of the Huntington Pointe website.
The Huntington Pointe Men's Club, with over 300 members, meets the first
Sunday of each month from October through May. Meetings start at 9 AM in
the clubhouse ballroom. Our next meeting will take place on October 4,
2009.
The Men's Club sponsors several top notch events throughout the season.
Some of the highlights include our annual dinner-dance, a fabulous
cruise, day trips to the Hardrock Casino and Hotel, a Superbowl party
and a biannual Mummers string band.
Because of the efforts of our volunteers and the support of our members,
the Men's Club remains not only one of the primary organizations at
Huntington Pointe but also an integral part of its social environment.
Join us for a great experience!

Two tales unfold in this book. The 19th wife’s struggle to divorce
Brigham Young and a murder mystery.

accomplish this.
Hotel on the Corner of Bitter and Sweet by Jamie Ford
